Me: 450 Bushmaster w/ 3-9x50 Nikon. The Nikon 50mm is nice in low light of sun rise. Checked sight-in at 50 and 100yds.
Hand warmers, toe warmers,
Hand warming muff, foam seat,
Bottle water, snack bar
Pocket knife,
Grunt calls,
Spare 450 mag incase one gets dropped,
Headlight, backup mini flashlight.
Son just got home from college: We only had 4 rounds of 110 gr Barnes Tac-TX loaded so I had to dust off the Hornady AP for a fresh roll-your-own box of 110gr Barnes Tac-TX over 19.5g Shooters World Blackout this evening. Talk about dusting things off... I haven't loaded for 300BO since 2019. SB primers were $19.99 a brick back in the good ol days.
So, he is using a 10.5" 300BO with Burris RT-6 1-6. This is a deer slayer for us. It has been quite successful since 2015.
Checked sight-in at 50 and 100yds.
Good luck everyone!
