I have recently bought a XDM 9mm I've have glocks Sigs and I can tell you springfield pulled out all the stops and made close to near perfect handgun best 9mm I've owned
I've unloaded over 1000 rounds and no jam nothing if you've never shot one you need too........
Me? I'm a "size and presence matters", kind of guy! I either carry a 4in. Charter Arms .357 mag. in a shoulder holster. A Glock-22 on my hip, or, an American Classic Gov. Model 1911.
I've actually staged my handguns for various situations or dress. My casual (shorts and T-shirt) gun is 90% of the time, the 1911. My serious, and "never fail me" gun is the Glock-22, and 2 full mags on the other side of my hip. And my .357 is least carried, just because I'm kind of worried about effectiveness, should I need to use it. It's plenty accurate, and maintainable. I just feel like 5 shots isn't enough. But anyway, thats my story.
When I do carry it is usually a Glock 23. I do find it to be a big bulky to be an everyday carry in the summer with shorts. Currently researching compact 9mm. Love the look of the Kimber Ultra Carry II. Anyone currently carrying one of those? Love to hear some feedback.
once my LTCH arrives, I'll be carrying my new Kel Tec P-11 in a fobus paddle and a Kel Tec P3AT IWB as a BUG.. depending on the dress/weather i may leave the big brother at home.
I don't carry as often as I should but when I do its the CZ-82. Winter time I carry the 1911 sometimes with a chest rig but usually don't like lugging that thing around.
Just picked up a SIG P250 compact 9mm, I like it so much I think it will be my daily carrier for a while I need to put some more rounds down range to assure myself of its reliability though.
