Sorry sir but I am unclear. Are you saying that the issues you are having are unsolvable?
The age of the internet is a bear to business owners. It used to be that you could get away with treating customers bad, rudeness, unsafe practices, whatever (I am not accusing ANYONE of this) but with the internet it gets out there, and QUICK! Business is tougher now than ever for this and other reasons. Stop making excuses and use posts like this to IMPROVE.
i'm sorry, not everyone in the world is PERFECT and is incapable of making mistakes like yourself. But i'm sure thy know the and have been told time and time again, but maybe he just spaced it.. THAT BEING SAID
opening your mouth and reminding him may be very helpful!!
sometimes I need reminded too (and no it's not due to old age )
^^^ THIS ^^^When someone does this, call them out on it. It sucks when you have to call out a grown man in public for being unsafe, but do it.
I can tell you one place that I will never go back to.
I stood there at the counter for the longest time with no response. There were 3 people at the registers taking money and such, shooter was right next to me and we had a brief comment session and he walked away. OK, I guess I will take my money elsewhere.
You have to grab their attention.
Think about how much more quickly a shop or person could improve if the situation was addressed immediately, there in the shop, vs. later on the web.
A post like this was not intended to facilitate improvement, just to sling mud.
I don't think anyone is trying to say that sweeping is okay. My only issue is that TOO MANY people just allow things to happen and then come online to complain. There were live people in that store who could have been corrected. Even when someone goes in a store to buy something, it's good to say, "I would like service" if someone doesn't appear to notice them. It's just a bunch of whining and complaining that is too often accepted. Use your voice instead of your keyboard and maybe something will happen to stop sweeping and even being ignored in the gun stores.

The thing is unless you speak of the wrong at the appropriate time you miss the opportunity to help make it right.
In fairness to the folks at Bradis I have to say that one of the employees PM me with an apology for being ignored. This sends a clear message that they do want to be helpful and maintain their customers. We will go back.
+1
You never really acknowledged me as you were engrossed in a folder doing logging of some sort. You never looked up.
If I have to grab someone to get their attention I feel it is not my place.
Just saying, it was not a pleasant experience as my last few visits have ended with me leaving without what I came in for.
I do appreciate the contact from your employee.
