A truly wasted vote is voting for someone you don't believe in just because you think that person has a better chance of winning. Personally, I side with Gary Johnson 96%, so I'll be voting for him, regardless of the naysayers who tell me I'm wasting my vote.

Taken this before. With Ron Paul out of the picture, my #1 was Gary Johnson. Prior to that, Ron Paul was around 98% and Gary Johnson was around 95%. This time, Gary Johnson was 93%. I do like how that quiz can somehow make a Romney "no" into an answer that is a no but with some explanation.

I have been a Ron Paul supporter for many years. I admire and respect him more than any other politician in the United States. I had vowed to write him in on my ballot, however, write-ins don't count. A vote for Gary Johnson counts. Gov. Johnson represents freedom to the highest degree. I don't think voting for him is throwing away my vote at all. We desperately need a non-Republicrat in office if we ever expect things in the country to change.

The Rep party died about 30yrs ago
It took 200+ years to get to that point,maybe another 100 and a libertarian candidate will be feasable but not now

Tell me how "the law will not allow it " has anything to do with getting hit by a bus, paying higher taxes, lacking healthcare, or losing liberties? It is a nice attempt to deny making an ignorant statement. Speaking of ignorant statements, 99.99999999999999% of Libertarians I've spoken with are wanting to vote for men like Ron Paul and Gary Johnson BECAUSE of their children and grandchildren. The Rs and Ds have been 'in on us for how long? We've been losing liberties and watching our country being sold to the highest bidder (one that doesn't really like us all that much). It is an R and D problem...it isn't Obama vs. Romney...it is almost all of them.

Since you're so bent on dealing out partial responsibility for what may happen in the next term if BHO gets re-elected (even though I didn't vote for him) then you must take responsibility for your vote. Wouldn't that make you a fascist who approved of The Patriot Act as well as TARP?
