Dave Harder runs an excellent store and he does it for the love of guns and shooting. Great prices, great selection for the size of the store. Happy to get you anything you need that he doesn't have on site. Always a pleasant experience shopping there.
Bradis
Great staff, Fair prices, always take time to help, great surplus guns and they have not raised prices with all this nonsence going on right now
Frankly their prices are so good I'm honestly curious how they're making anything, they're unbeatable in a 100 mile radius around Fort Wayne so far as I can tell. I've been treated well every time I've gone in and their on-hand selection is better than many larger stores I've visited. The knowledge level the employees display is also quite impressive.
2. K&T - New Haven
Second to ZX the pricing here is lower than anywhere else in the Fort Wayne area and the owner is a really nice guy who doesn't mind answering questions if you're not acting like a moron. They also carry quite a few accessory items that are very competitively priced.
3. Tomlinson's - Chururbusco
I've only been in once or twice but the inventory was impressive and the prices were decent. Plus they have a Jetgirl.
I've never been to the mothership in Mishawaka, but love the Elkhart store.
Extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous staff.

Sunday's are ladies day at the range, and speaking of the range, they have Class III rentals!
Harder's Gun Shop - Shoals, Indiana
Many dealers have taken advantage of the recent run on ammo and rifles by jacking up prices on all existing stock. Dave Harder hasn't. He's a square deal and his word is gold. He's an outstanding armorer and patriot.
M&J Firearms in Fortville, IN - Bought my first gun there and staff has done everything they can to get me what I'm looking for.
Indy Gun Club - First shop to deliver on a gun they said they would be getting.
