Every so often a political flunky screws up and states the truth. This time it was the White Houses press secretary. Finally, someone up there had the guts to say that they don't create jobs. Now if they'd only stop grabbing the credit from those that actually DO create jobs.

While the country is hurting ecomonically, Congress is out to lunch for a month. I'm not sure if that's good or bad?

I don't think it was a mistake. They know they can't really create jobs but they were willing to say they could when jobs were being created. If they keep taking credit for being able to create them, during the election the question becomes obvious: If you guys can create jobs, why didn't you create some more?

That "saved" thing will come up again, you can bet that. Every job that didn't go away was one that was "saved" by Obama. Every job that wasn't created is the fault of the Republicans.
