    Of course I'm sure we spy on the Chinese - maybe - but when stuff like this happens, why aren't the Feds imposing capital punishment? The guy sold stealth technology to China for gosh sake. And he's 66 years old, so the odds of serving his sentence are...?

    Hawaii Man Sentenced to 32 Years in Prison for Providing Defense Information and Services to People’s Republic of China

    and this

    You can get more time in Indiana dealing crack cocaine within 1000 feet of a school.

    The feds have been far too lax protecting national secrets. Despite the PATRIOT Act, DHS, etc.

    The cynical answer is that they aren't trying to protect national secrets.

    The libertarian answer is that there shouldn't be national secrets.

    The practical answer is that they will only do what is necessary to preserve the facade that they are following the Constitution and only to the degree that it keeps the people pacified.

    The conservative answer is that we need to fabricate a reason to keep the industrial-military (or was that military-industrial, I forget which comes first :n00b: stupid brain fart) complex happy.

    The socialist answer is that we should provide these things free of charge to those who don't have them so they can have better lives.

    Take your pick. They all represent reality to some degree. :cool:

    Chinese were running wild through the Clinton white house. He helped them get the tech for their missles-heard that from Michael Savage

    The Chinese laugh at the thought of stealing U.S. "secrets".

    Like this -----> :rofl:

    Chinese secrets are far more ancient and wise.
