    Interesting. So, according to the left, stealing is just "income redistribution." If you thought you were supposed to get a bonus, but it came in below your expectations, it is perfectly acceptable to just steal from your employer? I wonder if the opposite holds true - if you are an employer and you think an employee is performing below par, is it acceptable to withhold pay?

    If that is the case, I think a lot of government employees should expect a substantial hit on their 403b's. It is only fair. <snicker>
