Chez, what do you know about Henckel knives?

Henckel and Wustof were the top two in the culinary world for a long time. Both made excellent cutlery, but both also now use their notoriety to market their "budget" lines in department stores and online. Both still make great knives, but also not so great knives as well. It's gonna be a "get what you pay for" type situation. If you're seeing Black Friday deals, it's likely their budget stuff.
