It was one of the reasons I retired early. Every service outfit uses woman as dispatchers. Some are a fair hand at it. Most have no clue what is going on. The guys in the field are left hanging most of the time.
That was rule #6 when interviewing. No female dispatchers.

If you have people in the field handing important work they need their info in a timely fashion. Dare I ask what the prior 5 rules were?
