Has anyone else seen this gun looks like a fun one for deer hunting. Made by rossi 45 long colt and .410 just wondering what one of these will run for new.

I was told they will sell for around $625-650 I'm on a list at the local gun shop when they release them.

The gun is very intriging but that buttstock takes away from any handiness of it.

Keep in mind that accuracy will suffer with the .45 Colt, both due to the shallow rifling and due to the jump to the rifling from the cylinder/forcing cone.

I think they look cool...and might even be a rather fun plinker. But if I had deer hunting in mind, I'd look at another tool.
