I live a couple miles down the street and have never been there. Usually stop at Yummys right there at the corner and call it a day.

You guys rate your impoverished children? Horrible.

Seriously though, what makes a po' boy a po' boy? How is it different from other sammiches?

He used to post here a while back and would offer a discount for anybody that had a LTCH. Very good food and fresh seafood from the gulf.

A po Boy is a southern version of the sub sammich. It is made on french bread which has a hard crust and more flavorful.

Some things that can be put on a Po Boy
    Fried Catfish
Roast Beef with gravy (messy but worth it)
    Fried Oysters
    Fried shrimp
    Ham and cheese
    Fried Crawfish

PaPa Roux's is absolutely fantastic. I talked to the fella in charge at the city market during the super bowl and come to find out he is also pro gun :rockwoot: and has one of those "You can give peace a chance, I'll cover you in case it doesn't work" stickers on his car. Fantastic sammiches and awesome guy.
