The best Po' Boy in town?

Anyone been to Papa Roux in Indy (10th and Post)? Those sandwiches are awesome.

He used to post here a while back and would offer a discount for anybody that had a LTCH. Very good food and fresh seafood from the gulf.

A po Boy is a southern version of the sub sammich. It is made on french bread which has a hard crust and more flavorful.

Some things that can be put on a Po Boy
Fried Catfish
Roast Beef with gravy (messy but worth it)
Fried Oysters
Fried shrimp
Ham and cheese
Fried Crawfish

PaPa Roux's is absolutely fantastic. I talked to the fella in charge at the city market during the super bowl and come to find out he is also pro gun and has one of those "You can give peace a chance, I'll cover you in case it doesn't work" stickers on his car. Fantastic sammiches and awesome guy.

I believe they did offer a bacon po'boy once. It's all delicious as far as I'm concerned!
