A full length College lecture on 5th amendment protection (and how to use it, why to use it, and how police get around it) by Professor James Duane and Officer George Bruch.
Part one - Professor James Duane
Part Two - Officer George Bruch
The Most interesting thing for me is in part one, Prof. Duane explains how even if you are completely innocent and you make no mistakes or incorrect statements while speaking to the police your words could still be used to convict you. Or if they don't convict you of the crime you stand accused of originally you could accidentally confess to breaking a law that you never knew existed.
Anyway i hope you enjoy the lecture (but be forewarned. each part is about half an hour long)
