I've come to this thread too late to comment on a lot of the specifics so I'll just comment generally. It's a shame that there is so little common sense exercised here. You can't break the law and then complain about the consequences. If you don't want SWAT showing up like this you shouldn't be doing drugs.

It seems that some here are just dedicated to being anti-police/government so that they have something to thrash about. If they did legalize drugs I wouldn't be surprised if some INGOers would continue ranting about the high taxes on drugs or whatever else they could find that is crippling their "freedom." The war on drugs is worthwhile and will likely continue for the foreseeable future. I'm grateful every time someone like this is arrested for drug use/dealing.

Lastly, if you have never been effected or effected someone else by drug use you have no business spewing this "the government can't control what I put in my body" crap. Drug use is detrimental to the user and everyone around them. I'm all for my tax dollars being used for building bigger, better prison if it keeps drug users out of society. I would only wish that they would keep them there longer.

Why did we stop requiring amendments to the constitution be passed in order to change the role of Federal Government?

We won't go there since sometimes we like it when the Feds overstep their authority.

Said Male (man is a stretch) should of thought it through. Obviously he chose to get high to escape reality for a few minutes instead of thinking about his family. THe male is the one that opened his door to "the Man".

DAMN RIGHT! His whole family deserved to be murdered, but it isn't really murder since he was a drug dealer, not a human being, so his family is the offspring of a drug dealer, not human either. That drug dealer should have just had his house set on fire. I don't believe the cops should have had to bother with warrants or other stupid crap. If a cop knows something he just knows. Cops are better than real people, because if a cop knows something, he can just do it he shouldn't need a warrant. Cop and judges can't ever make mistakes or terrible calls. People who smoke weed aren't fit to be parents. They should just be killed cause weed transforms you into a monster.

Weed is the most dangerous drug in the entire universe. It makes people angry, violent, and turns them into instant-violent-criminals. That's why its called weed. Cause it makes you useless and people just pull and kill weeds in the garden. That's what you're supposed to do to people who smoke it.

The guy should have known better before he broke one of the Kingdom's laws. Laws are made for reasons. SO YOU DON'T DO WHAT THE KING TELLS YOU NOT TO DO! If this guy wanted to go against the king, off with his head. I swear almost all of you people have no idea what freedom is. If I didn't know better, I would guess that you meant freedom mean you can do whatever you want, as long as it doesn't harm anyone else. WELL THAT ISNT WHAT THIS COUNTRY IS ABOUT. This country is and always has been about following what the king tells you to do. A revolution was almost fought over this, but the King took care of those anarchists in '76, thank God. Freedom is doing what you're told.

Whoa whoa, sorry guys. "Alternate reality lashicoN" busted through the forums somehow. He's from an alternate universe where Imperial England still rules the United States. Maybe a couple other people's alternate personalities busted through here and forgot what real freedom actually is.

You have the right to do whatever you want with your own body, as long as it does no harm to anyone else, whether the government (or certain foolish members here) recognizes that right, doesn't matter. You have the right to smoke marijuana. Anyone who disagrees is wrong, there is no room for discussion on that matter.

(Alternate reality personalties are posted in green font, much like sarcasm is posted in purple, this is for your consideration so that you know when Imperial English lashicoN is logged on.)

So it is safe to assume you do not drink alcohol either? When referring strictly to marijuana, replace "drug" in your opening sentence with "alcohol" and you would be closer to the truth. Alcohol violence is far worse than anything created by marijuana. Basically saying, just because a politician decided what is and isnt good for you doesnt make it right.

Question for the LEOs on the board? If put in the same position as SWAT, would you rather bust in the door to find someone high on marijuana or someone with a 12 pack in their system?

you have a very valid point lashicon alot of people these days want to yell about thier freedom until the king says shut up then they tuck thier tail. it also amazes me how many people will condemn someone for smoking weed while they are looking at porn, cheating on thier wife, stealing money etc etc. i dont smoke myself but ive known people that have and would rather have them around me than someone who tells me what a good person they are while doing morally wrong. and theres no shortage of those around these days.

Just like people that smoke a few joints, there are also people who import thousands of lbs and sell it to kids.

There is good normal boobie porn and then there is what ever your "friend" has been watching and telling you about.
