Does anyone know any retail point, in or near Indy, where you can do ALL the required steps for a Form 4? Specifically the fingerprints and photos?
Barring the above: what is the absolute easiet way to do a CAN purchase and the NFA paperwork??
I did a Form 1 and Form 4 two 2 years ago, and frankly, I can't recall how the whole process works. Sigh...

Hoosier Armory in Noblesville has a SliencerShop kiosk. If you're not looking to do something through SilencerShop, Tim's Shooting Academy in Westfield can do your fingerprints and digitize - believe, it's $40 and they'll put your electronic prints on a thumb drive.

Silencer Shop's kiosk takes your prints. Their phone app does the photo and uploads it and they take care of the rest of the paperwork and submittal. Set up an SS account before doing the kiosk.

Now that they are doing all submittals by efile, you need to set up an account with ATF as well in order to "certify" the submittal.

A SS dealer will help with the kiosk and answer questions as will a call to SS.

One caveat is that I'm still hearing of lots of issues with silencershop and eforms. If you are OK with getting your prints local to you or getting the digital prints from a printscan location, a non silencershop dealer should be pretty painless.

FWIW, I have done three efiles with SS and their local dealer. All on SS Single Shot Trusts. I have had zero problems and the certification was done with a coordinated phone call with the local dealer. Each time took less than 10 minutes. The dealer told me the efile certification has taken them up to 2 hours when the buyer didn't have their correct ATF efile user name or pin and or did not use matching info on their ATF and SS accounts.

The dealers have had a learning curve too but mine figured it out after doing a couple. Most problems originate with the buyer not following easy directions.

Beech Grove will do it all for you - fingerprints, take your photo, submit the forms. No kiosk, but maybe this would suit your needs.

Obviously big ups for @Aszerigan but also Beech Grove Firearms was very easy to work with - $75 transfer fee for suppressors, fast response on the info for form 3, decent prices in store.
My biggest suggestion is to go get your fingerprints done at a Printscan (UPS store). I got mine done, it was annoying and took me 40 minutes to figure out but now my Form4/Form1 submissions go through like clockwork.

Again, as has been noted, Silencershop.
Easy peasy to get pic, prints, form done all at once and they store that info so the next time you want one, everything is already done. You just need to update your pic every year or so.
They prepare the forms and do all the work.
My last 4 suppressors were through Silencershop and I am confident that they might just have a deal with the ATF that allows their forms to get approved quicker.

I'll also throw in for Andrew at Whitetail Trading company https://www.whitetailtrading.com/ (Aszerigan here on INGO).

He did a great job of answering my approximately 1 billion questions, including everything from the NFA process to mounting solutions for my suppressor, and beyond). He was very accessible via email, phone, etc.

He now ships in state, but I picked mine up so I could shoot it right there.

He really contributes here on INGO and he helped a number of folks navigate the forms submission related to the whole ATF stabilizing brace stupidity for absolutely no gain on his part.

Are there any locations in Indy or south where you can walk in without an appointment and get a digital copy of your prints?

there's no place in Evansville that does them without a specific order. I assume you can use a digital copy for efiling? Ideally i want that, though one UPS store I looked at (Noblesville?) did digital scans with cards printed and mailed to you.

Yaahh, what he just said! Aszerigan even put up with my questions--one after another after another, etc, etc. Awesome guy who literally made getting the process too easy for a newb to resist. Currently waiting on my second can now. Probably be looking at yet another later this/early next year (have to get that one approved by SWMBO before I can do it).

Google shows a UPS store on Mundy Drive in Noblesville provides digital fingerprinting. Anyone ever go there? I get up to Indy every month or so and would like to get them done when I am there.
