Well Sunday is also my birthday (57) (yes, the whole conutry is partying), but I'm planning on spending most of the afternoon & evening at W9IMS (a ham radio contest station, doing a 'special event' for the superbowl). I'm sure we'll go to lunch after church, and Karen is baking cookies for me to take to the ham station.

I'm serving you with a cease and desist order for using the word Super Bowl! Oops! Now I have to serve one to myself!

I don't know what we're doing for Super Bowl weekend yet. I found a really good 7 Layer Dip recipe on allrecipes.com

I changed out their cheese for Kraft's Mexican blend and tomatoes with Rotel tomato/spicy chili mix.

Country style ribs, cornbread, and corn on the cob. Yes, I like corn.

Some chips and dip, and a selection of fine beers. I will be enjoying brews that are unavailable in the state of Indiana (Yuengling and Saranac), which is the only benefit to living in North Carolina so far.
