I called a few places a long while ago and they didn't seem eager to take anything. Just though I would give it a shot. It will be showing up on ebay soon. I have not room at my new place.
I am going to assume, that by equipment you mean a press, and such. The only actual retail store I know of that sells reloading presses, would be Cabela's in Hammond, they used to accept that stuff for trade ins. whatcha got?
Stores don't generally buy used reloading equipment, oddly enough. I would figure it would be a good business. But - having said that, people flood the online market with used gear. Most of it is abused.
If someone is selling their reloading gear, its for one of three reasons:
1) they're upgrading
2) they need the money
3) they don't use it anymore
If you can find gear in catagory 1, jump on it. Catagory two, jump on it. But in catagory 3, by the time the owner gets around to selling it, it's usually so rusty, dusty, and dirty that no one wants it anyway.
