WWII Era receiver built late August 1944 (two months after the Normandy Invasion!)
Obviously the rifle has had some upgrades over the years.
Now features National Match sights, stainless barrel, etc.
I do not know who did the upgrades or when they were installed.
I have additional pictures I can email if requested.
I have some additional background on the rifle from the prior owner. PM me if interested.
Case & Sling pictured are included.
