Those are front and rear hand brakes. the transmission is a single paddle on the steering wheel.

Nope, the big silver one is the hand brake, the little one is the gear shifter (not the typical way the transmission shifts).

The videos are fitted together. All of them are. That's why you get different camera angles and the next shot the camera isn't there. He makes 20 runs or so and they use the best footage.

Now, I admit unlike the Gymkhana vids. First one is the best. It takes a lot of skill and nerve. May not have been great in WRC but I find these vids very entertaining.
