While out shopping yesterday we made our now customary pass by the ammo case. My kids asked why it was getting so hard to find ammo. I explained (trying to be unbiased so as to create thinkers, not followers) that the president and some other people think we should make laws so people can't have guns because some people kill other people with them and so people are buying things while they still can. My 11 year old says "that doesn't make any sense". When questioned as to why she explained that people who are going to kill people aren't going to follow the law.
She's brilliant.
