I'd have to say 38spl. I don't see many (actually, never seen any) wheel guns in .380. I prefer them in .357 magnum, as opposed to .38spl, to maximize my fun time with them....:):

I personally carry a .380 for the sole reason it conceals better on my person. That being said, The .38 is a perfectly capable gun and cartridge IMO. Choose what fits you better.
    Good luck in your search.

.357. :) You can have the power of a magnum and shoot .38 Specials. That is a win/win all around.

I do own a .380 but not in a wheel gun. Actually, my wife owns the Ruger LCP.

Taurus did a run of auto-chambered revolvers. They weren't very popular. My buddy has one in 9mm, and he's not fond at all of the moon-clips.

Personally, if you're going to carry a revolver with that sized frame, you might as well go 38spl or .357 mag. The .380ACP is pretty much universally considered anemic...

"Stellar- Clips" or moon-clips are a pain in the wazooo as far as I'm concerned.
Think I'd rather have the .38spl round anyway.

I didn't see it on their website either. But I stand corrected. And here I didn't think I was gonna learn something new today.

In a revolver hands down .38 or .357.

I didn't know they made a .380 revolver until now but it doesn't really make much sense to me when .38 spl readily available.

    Yep, I saw one

Taurus makes a wheelgun in .380?? Never heard of such a thing.

Yes they do make a 380 revolver. I saw one at a gun show three weeks
ago. It is a double action only model, and it is not on their web site.
    Interesting, but why?
