I haven't been to either recently, but check Bradis II or Atterbury Shooting Complex. It seems people have been finding a regular supply with both of them at decent prices.

You might try Indiana Gun Club. I don't know if they have any Unique or Power Pistol, but they had some Titegroup as of yesterday.

I've been finding all my powder at local gun shows. They seem to have a little of everything and for decent prices. Last weekend I bought 4 lbs. of CFE 223 at the alexandria show for $25 a lb.
