I seen on AIMSurplus that they have this Russian stuff. $77 per 500rnds. Anyone have experience with this stuff? It's brass cased 115gr. Or how about the Brown Bear ammo for a Glock. :dunno:

I bought 1k of the brown bear ammo from aim last year. It functioned fine through my glock 34. It was accurate enough for shooting steel plates. I buy the steel cased stuff for shooting in the winter when I don't feel like digging through snow to find my brass. I would buy it again if I found it at the right price.

The LVE ammo isn't brass; it's a copper washed steel case. I've shot a metric buttload of the stuff in .380, and it runs fine but is a little dirty as is typical with Russian ammo of all stripes. Same with Brown Bear.
