You do realize you're comparing two guns in entirely different size categories, right? Apples and oranges, imho.
The Bersa is a "full-size" .380 like the Walther, SIG P232, etc. while the LCP is a tiny pocket gun. There will be some ballistic differences due to the different barrel lengths. You can also expect all the advantages/disadvantages that go along with physical size (i.e. ergonomics, capacity, weight, sight radius, recoil, etc.).
When one starts to look at something like the Bersa, other guns in 9mm, like the Kahr CW9, also start to become candidates as well because they are of comparable physical size.
If it will be carried only a little, and left in the nightstand the rest of the time, the larger gun is probably the better choice and the longer barrel will maximize the potential (such that it is) of the .380 acp. It will also carry just fine assuming you don't have any special deep concealment requirements. Lots of people routinely conceald carry something larger.
You should be aware that the Bersas have had a reported issue with disconnector spring breakage recently. I don't know if it was a bad run of springs, has/has not been corrected by Bersa or what. Haven't heard of (or had) the problem with older models and I don't know anyone personally that owns one made in the last year and a half.
How well would I be able to carry the Bersa without someone knowing it is there? I realize I can't throw it in the pocket, but how compact is it?

Have you shot both? You say the Bersa will be more comfortable. Wondering what you mean more specifically...

Been trying to get my hands on an LCP for qutie some time. I do have a Bersa .380 that I carry, Ive not had any problem carrying it or at the range it has taken everything I fed itwithout even a hiccup. Not sure of its age bought it used.

I am in Fort Wayne. Where are you located here locally?
Bersa 380s are small and conceal well in any type of holster IWB/OWB, but are not pocket pistols.
The LCP is a pocket pistol that is very easy to conceal. They are somewhat accurate and are not fun to shoot past 50 rounds or so.
Bersa 380s are fun to shoot and are very accurate.
It's a tough comparison. You have to weigh pocket size vs. fun to shoot/accuracy.
