Ruger 22/45 holster?

I have a Ruger mark III 22/45 with the treaded barrel and the picatinny rails and i have a small Bushnell red dot mounted on it. The problem is that I can't find a holster to fit one with an optic. Does anyone know if someone makes a holster to fit my gun? I have thought about having one custom made or buying the one Ruger sells and having it modified to fit.

this is what I use, I run a 22/45 with a Bushnell TRS-25 on it, fits perfectly in this holster.

I might give that a try although I don't care for plastic holsters very much.
