    After watching this for the 18th time today, I have finally figured it out: the drummer is clearly being attacked by a swarm of bees and he's flailing around to save himself.

    They're a show band. That's their schtick.

    ....you might even call it a "drum schtick" ...then again, you might not.

    The thing that made me scratch my head was "How could a guitarist play ZZ Top with a Strat???"

    The whole show struck me as fairly artificial and "plastic" (the gold sequence didn't help at all). Great musicianship ....over produced ...and done poorly. ...but that's just me ....and why I don't wear gold sequence when I play out.

    FWIW, Murph and the Magic Tones had a better presentation overall. ;)

    all i was waiting for was him to do a huge solo the whole time. kinda dissappointing

    After watching this for the 18th time today, I have finally figured it out: the drummer is clearly being attacked by a swarm of bees and he's flailing around to save himself.

    My first thought while watching this vid was if Chris Farley were to have ever played the drums, it would've looked like this. Then your bees comment tied everything together; Tommy Boy.
