Lock load, what is the L1?

If you fill out the LTCH app online it will also link you to L1 solutions where you can pay the state fee and go to a local business that does the electronic finger printing. You still have to pay the local fee at the local PD.
Generally it takes about a month to get LTCH if you get finger printed at the PD but only takes about a week to get it if you get finger printed using L1 solutions.
In Mishawaka I went to Boxes Plus for the finger printing but I don't think they do it anymore. I think the place that does it now is goodwill store in South Bend.
