    does anybody know if a redding br-30 powder measure can be changed/converted to throw pistol loads (less then 10 gr.) is the components (drum & mike assy) interchangeable with the 3 or 3b :ingo:

    I believe 10 is the bottom end with 50 at the top..
    I have never seen a ( extra ) smaller drum offered. It is designed for medium sized bench rest cartridge's with a capacity around 30 grains.

    youre right but I have br-30 & a lot of my loads are less then 10 gr 4 pistol if I could change it itd b cheaper then buyin new 1

    I know they offer a pistol model, you might try giving them a call. They have always been helpful in the past when I needed custom dies for wildcats I was playing with.

    If the housing is the same, it would make sense that the pistol measure parts could be retro fit.

    that's what I thought but after I called them I found out nope, they have 3 different units that measure less then 10 grs but nothing that will inter change :ingo:
