Recommend Optics/Sights for AR Pistol

Hello,
Not sure if this has been asked before but looking for advice for sights/optics for an AR pistol... Mostly 20-50 yd range but would like reliability to 100 yards. Would like to keep price to ~$100 or a little over if possible.
What do you guys use?
Looking for reliability, ease of sight acquisition, longevity, etc.....

I've got a Bushnell TRS-25 on my 10.5" 5.56 pistol...works just fine for the distances you mention and hitting a 8" plate at 100 yards is easily doable.
