People need to remind judges of this. Often.Article 6, Section 2This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
The way the law reads, you even need the LTCH to shoot someone elses gun at the range. It does say you have to have the license in your posession to have a handgun in your posession.

I do not think the Supreme Court will eliminate restrictions. They did not in Heller. They will simply cause "shall issue," such as we have in Indiana, to become the law of the land.
