Police are searching for a black male in his early twenties. The man is roughly 5'5" and 120 lbs.

Not a juvenile if they got the age right, but definitely juvenile sized.
Even if you had a gun, he would be a difficult target to hit.
I guess jockeying is slow this time of year.
