Do some digging. I didn't hear much about him until I met him, he's campaigned quite a bit and should be a welcome changed to the status quo of our state government.

Yea, but one thing is Beckwith has been actually running and campaigning for the spot. Braun thought he could just say who he wants. Maybe it'll be a nice check on him of the win

The LT Gov doesn’t check powers of the Gov. But the press will have fun tearing into his dumb videos that he posted constantly for years. Especially saying that the J6 riots were from God. I’m still not seeing why this was a good idea.

One said they would stand against mask and vaccine mandates. The other actually did and proved it. Think I read he issued 4,500 religious exemptions to people so they didn’t get contaminated with the jab. That would have got my pick also.

Sounds like a decent guy with the good of the people in the state at heart. We could do much worse. Wish Braun was as conservative and caring. Not just Holcomb 2point oh.

Not really since this is not a direct elected position.

This is all about the delegates and convincing them that you were the best pick.

And obviously these delegates think for themselves.

The pick was sketch AF. She didn’t accept any interview requests, and every campaign stop was with Tax Hike Mike. She apparently couldn’t stand on her own.

In 2022 the delegates went against the establishment pick (Holly Sullivan IIRC) and nominated Diego “hired his brother in law” Morales for Secretary of State.
