I have not posted for a long time, but am pleased to announce that I have escaped the draconian state of Illinois and have moved to my PERMANENT home in Indiana!! The air is even better over here?! You don't realize unless you have moved out of state what a litany of changes need to be made. First time out of state move for me. Insurances, plates for multiple vehicles, driver's license, another CC card etc. But I am not complaining. It is wonderful to live among level headed critical thinkers who, for the most part, don't have an attitude. I appreciate this state, this forum, the mods, and all those who make Indiana what it is. Compared to Illinois, Indiana truly is a bastion of freedom!!! Merry Christmas too all, and glad to be one of the IN. crowd!

Welcome to a new day Hoosier. You can move to Indiana and become a Hoosier, but moving to Texas doesn't make you a Texan. We are more welcoming here. If you want Indiana to remain as free as you percieve it, don't vote like the people in Chicago. I moved back to Indiana after living in Rockford for 11+ years. Didn't realize what we had till I lived there. Texas, England, Germany, Illinois, and Nevada showed me the error of my ways. Welcome home.

Former MA inmate here, so I can relate.

It’s funny (in a not so funny kind of way) that you never really realize just how oppressive the state is until you move out of it. Somehow, MA didn’t seem ‘all that bad’ to me when I lived there. Now that I’m here, I can’t even imagine how I ever tolerated it.

On the other side of the iron curtain of oppression is a better place to be.

Now...go buy some ammo while the getting is good(ish) and stack it deep!

Just so you know. Warsaw is getting a Rural King in the former Kmart out east on US30. This should bring lower prices on ammo and guns.

    Greetings!

I'll have to pass through the totalitarian mess that is IL shortly...will not stop on the way. I will have to pay tolls to get out though.

    Cheers!
