This government is run by whoever has the biggest wallet and can afford to fund the most senators/congressmen/representatives/whatever. It should be about what is best for the country and Americans but it's all about what's best for those in places of power.

Vote out 10 jackwagons and you're likely just going to see another 10 jackwagons voted in. Who knows, maybe the new people will be even worse than the old.

IMHO until there is a system in place where there are not monetary benefits to voting one way or another - the whole system is going to remain corrupt.

Plus Republicans aren't going to bite the hand that feeds them, big business, and actually getting rid of illegals would drive wages up. No, much better to have a huge pool of labor who won't organize, won't demand a living wage or benefits, and who are disposable so you don't have to worry about pensions or retirement benefits.
