Noise cancelling ear muffs

I'm in the market for a good set of electronic muffs in the $150 or less range. Any recommendations ? There was an older review on here but I cant find it.

Harbour Freight has some for around $15, I bought a pair fully thinking they would be in the garbage 10 min after I put a battery in them. So far not too bad. If you are at a range with a lot of shooting you wont be able to hear much talking. But when the shooing slows you can have a conversation. Worth the $15 for sure.
