Voluntary Appeal Form

Download and print the VAF (Voluntary Appeal File) form & finger print card from fbi.gov You will need to have a local P.D. roll your prints then complete the form and mail it off. Then wait. The only cost is what ever it cost to have your prints done and a postage.
