Hi guys, I’m from the FW area, heard about this site a few years ago, finally logged back in and checked out a few different forums. Gotta say, I love what you’ve done with the place. I’ve actually been active for a few weeks now and finally found this particular intro forum, so this post IS a bit belated. Always looking for reading recommendations particularly WW2/Cold War period.

    Greetings!

A couple of interesting WWII books would be "The Patton Papers" and "The Rommel Papers" both WWII from their own perspective. Patton's is two volumes (includes the early years) and Rommel's one.
