New shotgun and a shotgun noob question

Got a shotgun just like this today and have some questions about it...main use is going to be home protection but I am going to try to do a little hunting with it...can i shoot rifled slugs through this without damaging the barrel

Nice looking HD shotgun. It has a Breacher Brake on it which means it should be set up for it. You are not going to shoot breacher metal powder round through a rifled barrel. So as long as it does not have rifling in the barrel it should be good to go.
