I can't say about the CW380, but I have had a CW45 for over 5 years and after the first 150 rds, it has been perfect and trouble free.
I trust it completely.
I love the Kahr and it is my carry rotation, with a CZ Rami as the other.
I used to have all the .380s mentioned here for pocket CC, and also a Colt Mustang (that I hated, but it was a Colt: took me 30 yrs. to sell it).
I gave them up since there are 9mm plenty small enough for pocket carry.
This wasn't mentioned, and since I like a pocket carry with a DAO for close work I thought this was a great basic reliable gun:
