Need some legal/lawyer advice.

Wife was in a bad accident last year. Extenuating circumstances for sure. She's OK, but I think we need the services of a lawyer for this one. I'll admit, I put personal injury lawyers a few steps below used car salesmen as far as slimeballs (and I know a few car salesmen) so I hate to ask about them. but, does anyone have any experience with any local Indy lawyers that they would reccomend to us? we have some simple questions and hopefully nothing else, but if the other guys insurance want to go to court, we need someone who will get us taken care of.

It sounds like you may need a defense lawyer. Most lawyers on TV are plaintiff lawyers, and don't want to work a case, but turn it over quickly for a fast and relatively low settlement. Here's a list to start with:

Nope, the guy pulled out in front of my wife. She was 8 months pregnant at the time and was doing 45 in an Escape. he pulled out from a side street and she slammed into his minivan. I'd say we are plaintiffs on this one.
