    I think the Micro is a far better optic. I've used both extensively, and I'm better able to acquire the target w/ the micro. To each his own

    Here's a potentially dumb question, with what I think may be an answer to my own question.

    Why call it and M16, when the rest of the gun are more similar to the M4 (16" bbl, adjustable stock, etc)? Is it considered an M16 because of the full auto vs. 3 rd burst?

    Well it's a 14.5" bbl. M4 are 16" and don't have bbl. They have a bevel for mounting of grenade launcher. This is full auto so that is another difference.

    Really anymore people use the M4 term so loosely - - Matt

    Not to be aXXl but M4s in use have a 14.5'' barrel length :D

    Runnin rull auto? You need to get that lower ingraved. Should say Auto, Full Auto or Rat-a-tat-tat

    It's a little difficult labeling anything M16 that wasn't government issue. In my mind that's what defines the rifle. You can have a full auto civillian AR15 and it doesn't make it an M16, just as switching the trigger group out on a government issue M16 doesn't turn it into an AR15.
