Mossberg lever action rife

I just got back from a gun shop where I saw one of the ugliest rifles I have ever seen. It is a Mossberg lever action rifle. How could they do that to a rifle? If that is what the future is going to look like I am glad I have all the guns I need.

When I first saw an AR I thought they looked like something from outer space. I really didn't think they were ugly, just strange. I don't think I will ever like that lever action. I have a friend that has one of the Marlin scout rifles and I thought it was strange, but doable. At this point I kind of like it. It is a lot better than the Mossberg. Now I have to go wash out my eyes. Oh the horror.

SaintsNSinners as they say there is no a counting for taster. If you like it, you like it. I still think it is horrid. It may be a great rifle. I just can't stand to look at it.

I opted for this one, and I couldn't be happier with it.
It's absolutely beautiful in my opinion, and it shoots like a dream.

I don't care much for the tactical look either.

Mgderf I am with you. That is what a lever action should look like. philbeert001 the Stoeger is just a sin. A double was meant to be smooth and quick, not a bunch of stuff hanging on it. A dot sight on it? Really? That is almost as bad as the Mossberg. The Mossberg is still uglier. I have to go wash my eyes again. Oh, the horror! You could take all that crap off the Stoeger but there is no help for the Mossberg.
