Saw a good deal on Reddit GunDeals from a brand new company and decided to jumped on it, 1250 rounds 9mm 115gr. + hat+ sticker+ ammo can+ free shipping+ no tax to IN for $299.87. (0.239/ round). Not the cheapest deal ever but I figured I'd give them a shot. My ordered shipped Monday morning, and minus a day lost due to UPS, arrived in decent shape. Ammo can was sturdy and zip tied shut, sticker was a little beat up (6" diameter) but usable but I was missing my free hat. I used a count scale and the ammo count was + 3 rounds. I figured I'd shoot some and see if I had anything worth reaching out other than the hat. I put 600ish rounds down range and had 1 undercharged round. I saw them replying to comments on Reddit so I PM'd them and they ended up sending me 30 rounds to replace the 1 undercharged round, 2 hats, and 2 more stickers. No shipping charge. I just got everything today and was surprised to see and handwritten note from the rep./ owner thanking me for the feedback and apologizing for the 1 undercharged round. The rep. I chatted with was super pleasant and genuinely seemed open to the feedback and jumped right on trying to make it right. This isn't a ammo review, although 1 out of 1250 rounds being undercharged is pretty darn good, more a review of how customer service should be when you buy online and have a issue, unlike some other companies that pull bait and switches on customers then just send a email saying "Oops, our bad.", rhymes with Gportsman's Suide. I'm already a repeat customer with the 9mm and as soon as I can get to the range I'm testing their 5.56, which is pretty decently priced right now.
