Apparently, being banned for 10 months doesn't change the fact that some people like to go out of their way to just be downright ... ummm ... well, you can use your imagination.

Relax sunshine. Because someone asked nicely I edited my post.

I'm kind of with Benny on this. I'm not sure how a guy saying he was in pain would ruin his shot at a law suit...when that will be the basis of his claim.

But in the name of fair play I took it out. But when the subpoenas are issued, I'm spilling my guts.

I don't, but look where this allegedly happened.

It's hard not to be a pessimist, but I do hope the OP gets justice.

The region this happened in is a bit notorious for this sort of thing. I hope OP has good witnesses and a solid story.

If the OP suffered harm simply because he was OC'ing those responsible deserve everything they get...and then some.
