I have looked long and hard for a light mount for a .75 inch body Surefire. The Magpul mount is awesome and I was finally able to pick one up at Bradis this week. It is marketed to be mounted at the 11 or 1 O'clock. I mounted it upside down to be activated by thumb from the vertical fore grip. This mount is awesome! Anyone looking for a new light mount should check it out.
