I don't have experience with the newest versions. I tested there scopes a couple years ago, and it was enough for me not to care about there new versions.

To go along with the OP, are there any to be seen in person in the general Indy area?

Sorry if in late here but I bought one from bradis, not sure if it's a gen 2 or 3, but for the price you get a lot of features. Seems to hold up pretty well. I don't think it's as tough as an aimpoint but it's held well for me at the range or banging around in the woods.

I bought an HD7 Gen3 about a month ago and am very pleased with it. It has held zero after numerous trips to the range. I wouldn't pay MSRP for it, but if you can find a deal on it for under $200, I would jump on it. Plainfield Shooting Supplies had one a few weeks back, but couldn't say if it is still there.
