I believe this would be the 4th victim of the Police attacks. The third shooting, but the fourth victim.

This is utterly rediculous. The LAPD really needs to be reined in. Perhaps they are a little too close to this one, maybe they should bring in an outside agency to handle this case.

And another thing--I'm glad no one has been killed--yet! But what does this say about their marksmanship? If I were Dorner I'd feel pretty confidant I could walk down the street in broad daylight with LAPD's finest blasting away all around and remain unscathed.

Catch 22- if they maneuvered into a better firing position, they might be more lethal, but they might be able to identify their target...then they wouldn't get to have the fun of all that shooting. However, I have no doubt that if they keep it up, their lethality will rise.
