ok all my father in law has one and it needs the take down wire. me and him spent an hour with and still have no idea how to take it apart. as bad as i feel about looking at it for an hour and not figuring it out. he has had it for years and has never taken the barrel out. please some explain how.
I purchased a Pro Carry II a little over a week ago and finally got out to shoot it yesterday.. Shot great. I am not a fan of the stock grips so those will be changed but other then that I couldn't be happier..
This is not intended as a flame what so ever, but you are posting on the internet right now. Google it next time. You could find your answer in less than 5 minutes rather than fumble around trying to get it for an hour.
Just my 2 cents.
if you get one that needs the little take down wire, get lots of extras..
Take down wire= paperclip with a 90 degree bend at one end about a 1/4" long.
Sorry, I didn't read the whole thread.. Someone beat me to it.
You get what you pay for. I bought an Eclipse Custom II yesterday. I'd never shot a .45 before. This is 28 rounds from 40 feet...only two hits outside of a 2 inch circle.
