Okay, why is the Kel-Tec 2000 9mm going for twice what they can be bought in a gun shop. I bought for 399? at Bradis awhile back and thought that was too much for it then.

I got mine at Bradis for $280.00 and some people think they are now worth $700.00. We are our own worst enemy at times. I say shame on all of them, me, I'm not buying nor selling a damn thing until people come back to their senses.

Everything that gets talked up on youtube disappears like hotcakes it seems. I was interested in the one up for trade or sale the other day on here until I saw the price. Yes, everyone has the right to ask whatever they want as many like to point out. Nothing wrong with a good profit either but some of this is pretty rediculous imo. So Im laying low as far as any purchases unless its a fair dea. Dont mind paying a little extra if its something i was looking for anyway and if its hard to find but im that way with anything.

I was looking at a Colt LE 6920 last month for $1195.00. Now some people are asking up to 2995.00 for one. Then there are the $12 retail Magpul 30 round clips for $100 dollars or more. It's crazy out there!

I've been wanting a sub2000 in 9mm for the longest time. Went to Whittakers in KY twice and they were out, never seen one in stock around my area and the way things are now I doubt I'll see one ever... A Folding/Compact/Rifle that fires a "military" round.
Even if I could I couldnt find a hi-cap mag... Now I'm sad...

Ranger Supply had one on Friday 9mm glock 17 mags for $499? I have seen them in another shop on the same day...was .40 cal for $799.

I know that the cost for the gun shops have not gone up from their supply ers ... I understand that supply and demand play a part in business but they are trying to make an extra 400 dollars on their profit margin. Not all shops are doing this. I think it is up to us to decide if we want to continue to give our business to these shops doing this, or boycott the ones that are wanting to make an extra 400 dollars, The shops doing this are a major part of the current problem, and show that they are not truly interested in arming and protecting the 2nd amendment but only in making a quick buck.

I had a sub2k in glock .40, the idea behind this gun is cool and was what I was sold on. However it sucked to shoot, had a weird vibration in the stock and an unadjustable 8.5# trigger......
