    How do you know assault weapons are in common use?

    HAHAAHAHAAHAHAHA....um...maybe he checks INGO?

    Heller holds an individual right to keep and bear arms, in explaining exceptions, Scalia (in part III of the opinion) said it isn't unlimited, but there are restrictions. As to the weapons, the way Kavenaugh explains it is that dangerous and unusual weapons (machine guns can be prohibited).

    In regards to the yelling protesters, what is the criteria for admittance to these proceedings? Being that it is a limited venue, who gets to decide the "participants" in the gallery?


    At this rate they need to close the chambers to anyone outside direct personal or professional relationship to the proceedings. (no public) Anyone else needs to go to a remote viewing room (like they do overflow viewing). Then the protesters can scream at the big screen TVs. :):
